1. Overview

At mevgav.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process, subject to the terms mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the product is damaged, defective, wrong item delivered, or not as described. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at  megavee369@gmail.com or +91 9444609131 , providing your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if damaged or wrong item). Once approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For COD orders, refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer after collecting account details.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received within the expected time, please check your bank or contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us for assistance.
